Tom is the Founder and Owner of Siena Aviation Group, a Chicago-based private aviation brokerage providing bespoke charter and aircraft management services worldwide. With more than 25 years of aviation experience and over 15,000 hours of flight time, Tom has built a career defined by discipline, precision, and leadership, values shaped during his service in the U.S. Marine Corps and refined over decades as both an airline and corporate aviation captain.
Before establishing Siena Aviation Group, Tom spent more than two decades in both commercial and private aviation, where he served as captain and department leader overseeing global operations, crew logistics, and aircraft management for high-net-worth individuals and private corporations. His experience spans a range of aircraft including Dassault Falcons, Bombardier Global Express jets, and Boeing 757, 767, and 787 Dreamliners. His deep operational knowledge, hands-on leadership, and commitment to safety and discretion form the foundation of Siena Aviation’s philosophy, delivering exceptional service with reliability and integrity.
A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Tom served as a Non-Commissioned Officer with multiple overseas deployments. He was awarded several unit and personal commendations for leadership, superior performance, and mission excellence, qualities that continue to guide his professional and personal approach to aviation.
